THE STORY:

START & FINISH TIME: Registration begins at 7:30 AM. All cyclists should be in place at 8:10 AM for announcements and course instructions for a start time of 8:30 AM.  The event will close at 2:30 PM.  If you are still on the course and need a ride to the finish we will have SAG support available.  If you choose to stay on the course after 2:30 PM please note that there will not be any SAG or rest stop support offered after this time.

Tabernacle, NJ  08088

FUNDRAISING MINUMUM: To receive a bib number and participate, all cyclists must turn in the required minimum $150 in donations by the morning of the ride.

EARLY PACKET PICK-UP: Save time the morning of the event and pick up your bib number, event shirt and cue sheet before the ride! Pick-up locations and times will be emailed to cyclists at least one week prior to the event and posted on our website: urbanpromiseusa.org/pedal.

BIB NUMBERS: For safety purposes, all cyclists must wear bib numbers attached to their shirt. Pins will be available at the registration table.

COMMAND CENTER: Our Command Center is made up of emergency responders and staff ready to make this the safest ride ever.  They will work closely with EMT to ensure that help arrives quickly. In case of bike issues, the command center will also dispatch SAG support to come to pick you up and take you to the nearest rest stop for repair.

PARKING: All rides begin and end at Kenneth R. Olson Middle School (132 New Road, Tabernacle, NJ  08088). Parking is available at Olson Middle School or across the street at Tabernacle Elementary School (141 New Rd, Tabernacle, NJ 08088).

REST STOPS & SAG: The Pedal for Promise course offers stocked rest stops and SAG support along the route for cyclists who need mechanical assistance.

CUE SHEETS: Cue sheets and course maps will be emailed to participates at least one week prior to the event. Printed cue sheets will also be available at the registration table.
The entire route will be well marked with color coded painted lines on the road. There will also be directional arrow signs along the way and at all crucial intersections. 


LUNCH: We’ll have a meal for registered cyclists after the ride in the Olson Middle School.
