Senegal is actually one of the most cosmopolitan country in the world and especially Dakar its capital. More than 35% of people living in Dakar are students, business men, others coming from all over the world and a good part of them are African too. But the thing is that in Dakar there is not diversity of foods. People can't fell at home. And it seems like we are all oblige to eat Senegalese foods. There are few restaurants and some hotels that have diversity of food but they are so expensive that many people can not afford it. The idea is to reinforce an initiative of three young people which am part of to open a restaurant where we can find many foods from different countries and cultures and made it available to the customers. In the restaurant, there will be different foods and natural juice from all over the world to make it more cross cultural. This restaurant will have many foreigners to feel like they are at home and will help Senegalese and other foreigners to discover the beauty of the culinary diversity.
