Returning The Tools of Success
Organized by: Ignacio Rojas
I am Ignacio, and I am writing this on behalf of my brother inlaw Ian. Ian has recently endured some hardship and is in need of some help. I want first start off with some background on Ian and what he has accomplished over the years.
Ian is a dedicated, hard working individual who has built his own renovation construction company over the past 12 years, literally, with his own two hands. With just $300 in his pocket when he was first starting out, he worked his way out of homelessness by providing renovations, additions, and upgrades to friends houses and apartments in return for rent and cheap labor to buy basic nessesities. After a couple of months he was able to purchase second hand tools to take on bigger projects that allowed him to purchase a town house.
Throughout the years he has been able to purchase higher quality equipment in addition to the original tools he has started out with. He has used these tools to make a living and to provide for his family. With these tools he built their first house from the ground up for him and his wife, my sister.
Just recently someone was able to get into his van and steal all of his power tools and left him with nothing. After 12 years of sweat, blood, back breaking labor, sleepless nights, and sacrifice someone was able to take eveything he had earned in a matter of mintues. A man that has worked so hard making an honest living to be given a blow by a man making a dishonest living.
Life throws you curve balls and this, I feel, is a bat to the face. He currently has projects that he is working on and he is at a complete standstill until he is able to re-purchase the tools he needs to finish them. If you could please donate what you can to help him out in re-purchasing used or new tools it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your time and donations.
