Revival of the Arts... All of Them
Team Member: Bryceton Reel
Most schools have an art show, with art projects, made by art students. What about those kids that aren’t in an art program but are talented in fields like visual performances, music, literary art and electronic arts (video game design, animating, 3D modeling, movies, etc.). Their talents are under appreciated by schools and rarely seen by their communities. My local school has an art show like every other school and even that is under attended by the community and the students alike. Inspired by Google’s “20% Time” that asks employees to spend 20% of their time working on ideas and projects that interest that employee, as a class’ group project, my group is working to raise money for advertising and equipment to display digital artistic entries, concessions, decorations and advertisement . All proceeds from the event would go to a art based charity that encourages creativity.
