BENEFITING: Transportation Alternatives, Inc.
EVENT DATE: Jun 17, 2013
The alumni of the Charles H. Revson Fellows Program on the Future of the City of New York invite you to a reunion and reception for candidates running for citywide office in this year's elections.
Can you attend?
Monday, June 17, 6-9pm
New York Law School
185 West Broadway, Manhattan
Can you contribute to support the event? We have free space at NY Law School, but we still need to raise a little money to cover the costs for food and drink and other sundry services.
(Please note: this page says that "Transportation Alternatives" is the charity benefiting from your donations because they are our fiscal conduit for this event. The good news is that your contribution will be 100% tax deductable.)
We aim to bring together the candidates for mayor, comptroller and public advocate to meet the Revson Fellowship alumni and the wide array of civic groups, businesses, schools, media and other organizations they represent.
This will be a chance to interact with the candidates and connect with fellowship alumni. We’ll give the candidates a minute to introduce themselves and tell the group why they’re running and how they’ll achieve their vision for the future of New York City. Then they’ll have the opportunity to work the crowd of city leaders.
This is a unique opportunity for the candidates to talk to some of the city's top civic leaders all in one place. It will also be an opportunity for the Revson alumni to show them how their organizations have worked to improve the city over so many decades.
It'll also be a great chance to connect with other Revsons and launch your next campaign to transform New York City!
