Did you know that 50% of the population does not know how to swim?
As the River City we think every neighbor should be able to enjoy our natural and built environment. We envision an RVA where every child grows up with the skills to stay fit through aquatics. All money raised by the Swim for RVA event will be used to fund learn-to-swim programs. Our goal is to inspire programming in all 120 elementary schools in our region. Together we will teach every second grade child to swim in our River City!
Event Format: ONLY 22 TEAMS in this inaugural event!
