THE STORY:

On April 15, 2013 two bombs exploded near the finish line of the
Boston Marathon. The blasts tore a hole in the heart of the city,
changing countless lives forever and keeping thousands
of runners from finishing a long and difficult journey.

One of those runners was me.

On April 18, 2014 I will return to Hopkinton to run the
118th Boston Marathon and cross the finish line.
It is something I feel compelled to do to honor my city,
the people who lost their lives and those who struggle
everyday with permenant physical and emotional scars.

On that day in April, many of the first responders
were employees from Boston Health Care for the Homeless Program.

They treated the wounded on scene and in emergency
rooms throughout the city. Last year I was able to raise
more than $5,000.00 and once again, I will be raising
money for this amazing orginization. Please donate.
Any amount is appreciated and will help in the effort
to care for Boston’s most vulnerable population.
