The RIT softball team is holding a fundraiser in support of PSC Partners. PSC stands for primary sclerosing cholangitis and is a rare bile duct disease in which the bile ducts become scarred and can cause serious liver damage, including liver cancer. The only known cure for the disease is a liver transplant. We are fundraising for this cause in support of one of our teammates who suffers from this disease.
We are planning to hold a PSC Awareness game on April 28th at 3 pm - our game at home against Houghton. We will have wristbands and tshirts for sale at the game, as well as a table for donations.
We will also hold a fundraiser at UNO's on May 13th. The flyer for that event will be produced soon.
Thank you for your support!
