Arienne Casebier’s mother lost her battle to Stage 4 Breast cancer with an inoperable tumor this morning, August 16. Miss Susan, Arienne’s mom, passed at in hospice care at home with Arienne, her only caregiver.
Taking care of her mother and spending precious moments with her was a full-time responsibility. Arienne was unable to take on business for her catering company for the past several months and the rent is due! (We aren’t kidding… it’s actually past due.) Please help us raise money for this wonderful family to pay the rent and cover the funeral costs and expenses that are forthcoming after cancer takes our loved one. This is a difficult time for Arienne and all help would be appreciated.
Even the smallest donation can make the biggest impact!
Now that the triathlons are done....
After being diagnosed with a recurrence of Lyphoma and scheduled for a stem cell transplant, last summer, Kyle decided to run a 5K as a fundraiser after his first round of chemotherapy in August. Why? One...because he's a rockstar and Two....because our family began our own non-profit, #Road2Recovery, to assist those with financial difficulties during treatment so that they could pay their household and/or medical bills when they were unable to work.
SO....He has decided to do his his first 5K AFTER his stem cell transplant a year later! Please join his team and fundraising or offer him your support by donating to this great cause!
This will be the 5th family we have been able to assist in the past year due to YOUR generosity!
It is our intent as a family to help those in our local community by giving back the same support that we have received as a family through financial gifts, encouragement and prayers. If you are financially blessed and feel led, please consider SPONSORING us! We understand that this may not be a good time or that you have your own causes to support, so we would also appreciate your prayers as we train, prepare and participate in these races through the month of August.
Much love and appreciation!
