BENEFITING: The Chadtough Foundation
EVENT DATE: Mar 08, 2018
Born and raised in Ann Arbor, Rosa Lee is a dedicated and active member of this community. Her time is carefully guarded for things she truly believes in. God, Family, Work and the community, which includes friendships and valuable charities. Her commitment to ChadTough started through her friendship with Tammi Carr years ago when Tammi asked her to help out with the Foundation for Saline Schools. And, like many, was moved by the strength of a determined family to raise money to find a cure for DIPG when Chad was diagnosed.
Rosa attended and completed her undergraduate and graduate studies in Architecture and Business at the University of Michigan. During her studies, she helped pilot two study abroad programs in Prague and Florence. Her career took her to Chicago to practice Commercial Architecture for 6 years. She was then recruited to work for USG in their National Marketing group. After 10 years in Chicago, Stan and Rosa decided to move back home to Ann Arbor to raise their family.
In 2006, Rosa founded My Urban Toddler, a high end children’s clothing and gift boutique. In 2013, she moved her business from Saline to Ann Arbor. Her store is located in the Arbor Hills Shopping Center. She enjoys the time that she has with her customers and making a positive impact on new families.
Rosa is a member of the Screen Actors Guild and has achieved her Equity Card in Theater. Rosa and her husband, Stan Lee, have four children, Lauren, Jessica, Allison, and Michael. They attend Grace Bible Church of Ann Arbor. Rosa is honored to be asked to be a part of this journey to find a cure. The experience has been very fun, and she hopes to raise awareness and money through this event.
