THE STORY:

Many of us have been inspired by the 100,000 m row challenge and the accomplishments of our fellow athletes (e.g. 1,000,000 m row, marathons, etc.).
2017 is YOUR year to set a goal to "go the distance" by rowing, riding, and/or running for a GREAT cause!
The Community of Strength Project gives the youth of Baltimore City a place to go after school where they can be empowered and motivated through CrossFit. Adolescents have a place to go to learn important life skills such as goal setting, problem solving and memory building, and leadership skills through guidance and fitness. These athletes are being prepped for life after high school; given the mentorship, means and confidence needed to find the path that holds them to their highest potential. Let's support these athletes beyond high school!
Every gift is important, no matter its size. Your contribution will go a long way toward making college attainable for a deserving student - for many of them, the first in their family ever to attend college. Just $264 will help a Community of Strength Project student athlete pay for a three-credit course at Baltimore City Community College, such as English 101.
