Reflex Sympathetic Dystrophy Syndrome (RSDS), also known as Complex Regional Pain Syndrome (CRPS) is a painful, progressive, and neurological syndrome characterized by severe burning pain, limited range of motion, weakness, or other motor disorders such as paralysis or dystonia, abnormal skin temperature, pathological changes in bone and skin, tissue swelling, and extreme sensitivity to touch and can spread throughout the body at any time.
