THE STORY:

On February 5th, the Cudney family woke to an event that shook them to the core.  The previous night someone had broken into and destroyed their business.

Although they had plenty of insurance which covered the damage, the checks were issued with the business’ lending bank as the Co-Payee.  Instead of endorsing the checks so the Cudney's could replace the damaged equipment, the bank insisted on taking the funds (in the amount of $131,000) to partially satisfy the business loan.

With the bank having a lien against the house, the Cudneys were unable to find a bank willing to lend money and the business was forced to file bankruptcy. There is now a distinct possibility that the Cudneys could lose their house to satisfy the business creditors.

As you likely know, James gives hundreds of hours to the Vienna Community and is involved in many of the major Town Events such as Viva! Vienna!, Oktoberfest, First Night Vienna, and the Halloween Parade, to name a few.

As you can see from the articles and news coverage below, Vienna loves the Cudney family and now we can assist them.  Please consider donating to help their business recover.  Let's help them create ViennaPrintCenter.com and take pride that the Community helped Rebuild a Small Vienna Business!
