Memorial Day Weekend, myself and dozens of other patriots will descend into our Nation’s Capital, trekking 60 miles from Harpers Ferry, West Virginia over rugged terrain and down into Washington DC in the early hours of Memorial Day morning. Our "FINAL MISSION" will traverse the Memorial Bridge into Arlington National Cemetery terminating in section 60 where many of our most recent fallen are laid to rest.
The 60 to 60 is not just an event – it’s a Mission to raise awareness and highlight the strength, commitment of our war-fighters and unite the Country with our mission to HONOR - EMPOWER & NEVER FORGET the sacrifices made in the defense of our Freedoms while always remembering those that paid the ultimate sacrifice and to raise awareness to those that continue to endure the sacrifices of battle.
I will be rucking in honor and memory of SrA. Jason Dean Cunningham. Jason was a pararescuemen who was killed March 4th, 2002 in a battle on what is now known as Roberts Ridge, Afghanistan.
In the 4th Annual Ruck to Remember - 60 to 60 is excited to partner with Veteran Empowering Charity - OPERATION ENDURING WARRIOR (OEW).
