Just days ago, super typhoon Haiyan, one of the strongest storms ever recorded completely devastated parts of eastern Visayas in the central Philippines. Thousands of people have lost their lives and many are without food, water or a roof over their head.
In an effort to do our part, we're running for relief - 10 miles in the inaugural Berkeley Run to aid those who were affected by this unfortunate event. We welcome you to join our team or by donating - every dollar counts.
All proceeds will go to Direct Relief (a trusted organization known to pass back all funds towards the cause) & all donations are tax deductible: http://www.directrelief.org/2013/11/aid-bound-for-philippines-to-help-typhoon-haiyan-surivors/
