BENEFITING: The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society
EVENT DATE: Apr 14, 2013
Lymphoma is a type of cancer that affects the bone marrow, blood cells, the lymph nodes, and/or other parts of the lymphatic system. Unfortunately, one person in the United States is diagnosed with a blood cancer approximately every four minutes.
The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society (LLS) is the world's largest voluntary health organization dedicated to fighting blood cancer. The LLS funds innovative research, treatment, and patient support services that helps to save thousands of lives each year.
As I train for the 13.1 miles in Central Park on April 14, I'd love your help to support the LLS and this cause that is so close to my family's heart.
