ConnectAbility is an organization based in Dahlonega, Georgia that is committed to providing quality community supports for children and adults with special needs. Current activities include Sidekicks: monthly respite care nights for adults and children with disabilities and their siblings to enjoy a themed evening of games, snacks and crafts. Vacation Bible School is offered in the summer for adults and children with special needs. ConnectAbility is now the local coordinator for Special Olympics and provides athletic opportunities for all ability levels. All activities are provided free of charge to families and are staffed by committed volunteers.
Families affected by disability in our area have limited support resources and ConnectAbility is dedicated to expand those resources with excellent programs. Partner with us to make it happen!
NOTE: Stepping Stone Farm donated its 501 (3)c account to ConnectAbility and it is currently being renamed in the IRS database. Thus, this fundraiser is for ConnectAbility and all funds go to ConnectAbility, but the tax ID# name is still listed above with Stepping Stone Farms.
