The goal of the rural marathon is to get more talents of young Kenyans living the rural areas.Most of the young people in the country have amazing athletic skills but have never had a platform to have them exposed to the outside world.We are looking for a number of young guys out there and hoping that the marathon will change their lives completely.
Most of the people in the rural area probably have never been involved in a competitive race.That means a lot of talents that could hit the international news is still hidden down there.Some of the athletes were good performers in schools but had to give up due to the difficult challenges they face in life.
We hope that this marathon will help find atleast 5 guys who can hit the current world records.Let's do this together.
