BENEFITING: HOWARD HOSPITAL FOUNDATION INC
Because no one should ever have to face Cancer alone, there is the Claudia Mayer Cancer Resource Center (CMCRC) at Howard County General Hospital. Many patients who come to the Center face challenging, complex issues of having to navigate through treatments, a myriad of technical medical options and decisions, and have to deal with aesthetic difficulties, such as losing their hair, eyelashes & eyebrows, as well as mental and emotional stress, all while still needing to function day-to-day at work, at home, at school, and trying to care or provide for their children and families.
The CMCRC services, support groups and programs address these areas of cancer concerns and more with an extremely dedicated and trained staff.
Last year, I joined TEAM CONQUER, a group of inspiring men & women who serve as ambassadors for living healthy and active lives, while fulfilling philanthropic awareness & fundraising goals for the Claudia Mayer Cancer Resource Center. To help this amazing Center, I have challenged myself to, once again, partifcipate in the Columbia IronGirl Triathlon on August 19th and to raise $500. ALL of my funds go directly to the Center.
I am writing today to ask for your support of my efforts to raise money for the Claudia Mayer Cancer Resource Center (CMCRC).
Every single donation helps!!
IF everyone reading this would simply donate $10, then I could easily reach my goal.
And most importantly -- whether you're sending good thoughts or giving $5 to $500 --- THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!
PS - if you prefer to send a check, please make it out to:
