BENEFITING: FIRST DESCENTS

THE STORY:

By the end of 2010 Ryan Sutter will have trained for 700 hours, traveled 8500 miles, and climbed the equivalent of Mount Everest four times. He has taken on this incredible challenge all while wearing the Team FD jersey in an effort to challenge 10,000 people to give $10 in honor of First Descents' 10th year anniversary.

Ryan's race season is about to begin!! He has trained his heart out, and now all his blood, sweat, and tears are being put to the test as he takes on his first two events: Bolder Boulder 10K race on May 31st and the Teva Mountain games in Vail June 4th-6th. Ryan has relentlessly and passionately trained for what he says up until this day is "the most important and difficult challenge of his life". Even before he takes his first step in his first race, First Descents wants to take the opportunity to say, "we are proud of you Ryan."

I love that we are both doing 10/10/10 campaigns. You project seems a little more athletic than mine but check mine out too. Malaria sucks and $10 can save a kid. Good luck with this. 6 years ago
