RHODE ISLANDERS FOR SUICIDE PREVENTION!
Support TEAM SAMARITANS Rhode Island at the 2013 Citizens Bank Pell Bridge Run 2013!
I am coming from Samaritans Crisis Line, Western Australia to join the Rhode island team in their wonderful efforts to raise money for such a fantastic cause on Sunday November 10th 2013.
As you can see my lovely husband has already sponsored me but I might struggle to get much more support being so far from home! So even if we have never met, dig deep and make a donation in the name of Samaritans Rhode Island!
Having been with the SCL for 5 years now I know just how much difference these worldwide organisations make to the lives of so many. As they say...ordinary people doing extraordinary things! Go Rhode Island! See you soon! xx

"Cross the Bridge to Hope" is the theme of our first-ever event as TEAM SAMARITANS RI - runners and walkers from the Ocean State participating in the Citizens Bank Pell Bridge Run Sunday, November 10, 2013.
Established in 1977, The Samaritans of Rhode Island is the state's most trusted name in suicide prevention. We are not just a sign on the bridge...we are Rhode Islanders who live, work and volunteer to break the stigma associated with suicide prevention and asking for help!
When you support TEAM SAMARITANS you will help raise needed funds to operate our Crisis Hotline/Listening Line, Safe Place grief support group, Youth and Teen education and Community Education programs.
Run or walk, support, donate and give to remember a loved one or friend or to honor someone special.
Established in 1977, The Samaritans is Rhode Island's most trusted name in suicide prevention.
One hundred percent - 100% - of all funding to The Samaritans of RI supports our local, nonprofit organization. Our board members, staff and volunteers are comprised of local area residents and students who live, work, study and volunteer in Rhode Island!
