Newton, CT Fundraiser details

This is a partner workout in memory and support of all lost in the Newtown Tragedy.  ALL proceeds will go directly to the Sandy Hook PTSA Fund to benefit the town, families and Community of Newton, Ct after the devastating events of December 14th. 

  The PTSA will be supporting the families of victims; helping families with counseling, and service.  The Sandy Hook PTSA Fund will also help the community what whatever future plans are made for Sandy Hook Elementary School.  They will also be starting a scholarship fund to support the children of Sandy Hook Elementary School.   Michael Carozza, owner of Carozza Fitness, and Kevin Turcio are looking to the community for help and support.   Cost is $20 per person, members and non-members alike. The public is welcome!! 2000k Row (Each team member has to complete 1000m breaking it up any way they like)
26  x Deadlifts- 155/105, 135/95, 115/75 or scale as needed
26  x Goblet Squats 53/35, 44/26, 35/18 or scale as need ( These weights are for all the KB movements. Preferably 1 wt for all NOT Multiple so Thursters r factor
26  x Swings
26  x Burpees
26  x Thrusters
26  x SDL/HP
800M Run

* Format will be as follows. Each teammate will do the exact amount of repetitons before moving on to the next Exercise.  The teams total time will be after both partners have completed the final 800M run.  Each person will need to run 800M each.
Partners will be matched up based on their capability for the weighted movements.  
Each Heat should plan on going off every 10 or 15 minutes.  This workout should be around 30min or less.
