Hello Friends, In our day-to-day life, we jostle with our priorities on Work, Family , friends , Culture , Professional growth etc. We often tend to leave out a key component that defines us. That is one's own HEALTH. This also has a bearing on our focus towards family, friends and work. Recently I have taken to Running as a means of paying attention to my health and I am proud to say that I have also reaped the benefits that come along with it such as Persistence, Tenacity and Focus. I appeal to all of you my dear friends to just buckle your shoes and take off. 5, 10 , 15 minutes anything and everything is OK. JUST DO IT and I assure you will Love it :) I am also raising funds to support 'Running as a cause for School kids' through the Crowdrise platform.
