Save A (Navy) S.E.A.L.'s Brain
Organized by: Liz Clawson
November 02, 2016
Our S.E.A.L has served our country for over 20 years and was recently diagnosed with TBI. He has pursued other options that were unsuccessful and his symptoms are increasing. Please consider donating for his treatment so he can continue to serve our Nation by teaching the next generation of S.E.A.L.s!
As many of you know, our dear S.E.A.L.'s are private men who keep their secrets tucked behind their finely groomed beards and tattoo sleeves. This makes it difficult to personalize a page. Suffice it to say, if you need to know what he did, watch the beginning portion of Lone Survivor.
You can imagine, I'm sure, what it would be like to go from amazing superhero status, saving your entire country from evil and protecting the freedoms of it's people, to reaping the physical and emotional consequences of that lifestyle.
This SEAL will be treated at the Carrick Brain Centers in Dallas and your donations will cover the two weeks of intensive therapy and treatment his injury requires to get him on the road to health and recovery. It will cover hotel/airfare expenses while our doctors and staff treat his condition and give him a home therapy protocol that will allow him to maintain healthy brain function.
About Carrick: Carrick Brain Centers have pioneered the use of technology-based diagnostics, an innovative and immersive care approach, and groundbreaking therapies into a practice devoted to treating patients with brain injuries as well as diseases and disorders that affect the brain and the central nervous system. Supported by our staff of patient advocates, nurses, nurse practitioners and other specialists our Board Certified Neurologists from the disciplines of medicine and chiropractic bring together innovative and comprehensive diagnostic and treatment options to address the needs of our patients. Backed by our engineering team working at the frontiers of science and medicine to build new diagnostic and treatment approaches like our patented Off Vertical Axis Rotational Device (OVARD), we are delivering the future of brain health management today.
This S.E.A.L. didn't back down from overwhelming forces and unknown dangers to protect you. Now is our time to give back to him.
