BENEFITING: UNITED COMMUNITY ACTION PROGRAM INC
BARTLESVILLE CITYRIDE CIRCUIT
The small, fixed-route bus service, "CityRide Circuit", has been a lifesaver to hundreds of people in the Bartlesville community. It's truly a grassroots effort, operating without any government funding. And just $0.25 a ride!
The Washington County Transportation Coalition, a group of compassionate, dedicated volunteers, developed The Circuit. After 2 successful initial years, riders want to see the routes expanded. Yet, costs are going up, and the system is keeping afloat on a month to month basis.
It takes $5,000 each month to keep The Circuit going. The Coalition is asking for $20,000 to maintain this service for 4 months while they petition for an election or identify other longterm revenue sources.
Please make a donation. Hundreds of Bartlesville citizens depend on this service. Your support will help them get to jobs, doctors, groceries, daycare, and more.
