HELP with the next segment of our goal. YOU can be a part of preserving this beautiful environment.
Save Molokai is an ongoing effort to preserve the unspoiled beaches on the island of Molokai (Hawaii)
from shoreline development by commercial interests.
Molokai is the very last bastion of true natural "paradise" in Hawaii. All the other islands (Oahu, Big Island,
Maui, Kauai, Lanai) have been ruined by the construction of shoreline hotels (Sheraton, Hyatt, etc..), resorts,
and vacation condo complexes on every bit of the best shorelines...restricting beach access to the tourists.
This has also destroyed the natural beauty of these areas of those islands.
Go to the internet and search: Molokai / and to GoogleMaps to look at the West End of the island.
These beaches and nearby land look like the other islands in Hawaii used to be years ago.
The primary goal of the Save Molokai movement is to accumulate enough capital to purchase land from the
shoreline-to-one half mile inland on the West End of Molokai...one small parcel at a time.
These land purchases will then be gifted to the Nature Conservancy of Hawaii to preserve and maintain,
so that this unique paradise can never, ever be developed by commercial interests.
Time is of the essence, as once development gets started, it moves swiftly and there would be no stopping it then.
Gifts to fund Save Molokai land purchases are accumulating in the Rainbow Trust holding account.

I thank you, the land and people of Molokai thank you. And everyone who visits Molokai in the future
will be grateful that they can forever enjoy the gorgeous natural beauty and uncrowded beaches of this
last, truely Hawaiian island. You can be proud to be a part of this land preservation effort
