Me and my dad are wanting to try and purchase my grandpa's farm to keep it in the family. He recently passed away on June 6th of this year from a head injury. He had farmed all of his life and always helped out the community and grew all kinds of vegetables along with pumpkins, straw, and hay. Now that he has passed, their was no will so the property has to be sold. This is for 28 acres of land including home and barns. Grandpa was always a giving person and even had the accident while delivery free corn to a church member. He struggled to stay with us, but he just could not keep going. It has been really hard on me and my dad, and we would just like to be able to keep the farm. Me and my dad had also planted trees from when grandma passed away onto this farm, so the sentimental value is their as well.

If we are able to purchase this land, we will continue to keep the farm going and provide low cost (even free) food to everyone in the area. This was the way my grandpa done it and this is the way we will continue to do it.

Property Description:
2 Bedroom 1 bath 900sq ft home
27.97 acres
24x32 garage
26x28 corn crib
18x24 car shed
48x48x14 pole barn

We do not like asking anyone for any hand outs and I honestly do not even like to do this, but we have no other choices. Any help from anyone is appreciated.
