There will be scaled versions available as well with lower weights and lower box jump heights.
All Fitness Levels Welcome
Every year cancer negatively impacts the lives of millions of people and their families. It is difficult to find someone in your community who has not been touched by this horrific disease and it is a connection that many people wish they did not have.
CrossFit is the complete opposite. It uses a proven method of fitness to improve people’s lives, eating habits, and general well-being. CrossFit is about community and about helping each other out regardless of whether or not you know the person. It is through this strong community that change can be forged.
To this end, Oceanside CrossFit is teaming up with the City of Hope, an organization leading the way in cancer research and treatment, to raise funds and work towards an eventual cure.
We are reaching out to you, our local San Diego CrossFit community and asking for your help and support. Please come join us on June 13th as we raise funds for the City of Hope and get a chance to work out with your friends, meet new ones, and help in the fight to end this horrible disease.
All proceeds benefit cancer research, treatment and education programs at City of Hope.
