International Justice Mission (IJM) is a human rights agency that secures justice for victims of slavery, sexual exploitation and other forms of violent oppression. IJM lawyers, investigators and aftercare professionals work with local officials to ensure immediate victim rescue and aftercare, to prosecute perpetrators and to promote functioning public justice systems. Widely known for its effective rescue operations of people from slavery in Asia, IJM have teams of social workers, lawyers, and investigative in the field to secure justice and provide aftercare service programs for survivors. 2 IJM staff resides in the Northwest that leads 15+ Seattle-area volunteers called Justice Advocates.
