Through my own direct experiences growing up in a poor traditional korean family, I had to shed old skins of false beliefs, conditioning, and roles I held of myself that limited me from blossoming to my fullest potential. As a trained holistic physiotherapist, I am grateful of all the healing modalities and healing arts I have learned that has helped me heal the physical and energetic body from trauma of abuse and assault in my life. I have learned how to become authentically sovereign in my own being , self reliant, and self resourceful, an invaluable character that I has empowered me to overcome any challenges encountered in life.
Through addressing the whole being- body, mind, & soul , one can heal on many levels, rediscover their body wisdom for healing and truth.
I am grateful to share and teach 21 years of empowering tools from best of western and eastern modalities in cultivating self discipline, self nurturing and self healing skills in order to provide direct practical skills and resources for each individual.
