Sex trafficking all over the world has increased tremendously over the past few years! It is now a $32 billion industry worldwide and the third biggest criminal industry after drugs and arms trafficking.
Don’t ignore. Please take a moment to watch:
In India, an estimated number of 2 to 3 million young girls and women are forced into prostitution. Many are sold by their families; others end up in brothels because of false job offers, marriage promises, kidnapping or sheer force.
Reasons are extreme poverty and often lack of education.
“The Global Seva Challenge 2012 aims to raise awareness of the root causes and impact of the GLOBAL sex trafficking industry, support organizations in India that are providing refuge, rehabilitation and economic opportunities to survivors, and empower survivors to lead lives with dignity and respect.”
Please support us in the effort to make a change!
Your contribution will not only help raise awareness worldwide but will also get children of the street, give them a chance to learn how to sustain themselves, and gift them with something so enormously valuable: FREEDOM!
