BENEFITING: STRINGS FOR HOPE
From the beginning, Strings for Hope had three goals: 1 – Divert waste by keeping used guitar strings out of the landfill. 2 – Create jobs in our community. And 3 – Make a social impact through financial support of local food banks.
In just two years we’ve done a bang up job on 1 and 3. Our talented crew of volunteer artists have taken fodder for the landfill and created beautiful, unique jewelry. Proceeds from those items have gone to support both our local and global communities.
Now it’s time to look at the missing link. We're ready to create some jobs! We have an opportunity to create jobs!
Strings for Hope is excited to partner with the student group ENACTUS of Belmont University. Through them we have been able to secure an endorsement from an extremely talented, well known band. Strings for Hope will create an exclusive design from the artist’s strings that will come with a certificate of authenticity and a message of support from the artists. YOU ARE GOING TO WANT ONE.
Your donation here will also get you Day 1 notification of our announcement!
So what is your tax deductible contribution headed for? To make this endorsed product happen Strings for Hope must raise some capital. That’s going to take us to the goal of creating jobs. We are ready to partner with a local transition center for women coming out of the prison system. We’ll be able to help put them to work in gainful employment in a production environment. They'll gain valuable job skills that will take them into independent living.
So are you ready? We are! Let’s get on with the business of Curing Hunger One Note at a Time.
