John DiMattia's Fundraiser:

SF Half Marathon Breast Cancer Thinger

John's Photo

BENEFITING: The Breast Cancer Research Foundation

EVENT DATE: Jul 27, 2014

John DiMattia

THE STORY:

I got a free half marathon bib for the SF Marathon on July 27th. Figured I would try raise a little money for breast cancer research with Momom in mind.

FAQ:

How much of the money goes to breast cancer research?  -- Crowdrise takes somewhere between a 3-5% fee and ask for an optional donation of more, but the rest will go to the Breast Cancer Research Foundation. My bib's paid for already, I get nothing.

Why not the full marathon, ya wimpy mc-wimperson? -- Because I'd like to be able to walk sometime again this year.

Why so last minute, ya tardy mc-tarderson? -- Sorry man. Got the bib when someone from my friend's company dropped out.

How much of my donation will go towards someone bringing me a sandwich? -- What?? Go make your own sandwich.
