Shaun's emergency dental surgery and dental bills.
Organized by: Wendy Senn
My son has always been there for me. Now he is in agony, and on my disability money I am not able to help him. Here is a small glimpse into our lives. I am 59 and have been unable to hold down a job since 2003. I am inflicted with spinal disease (spondylosis, DDD, dbd, and cluster spurs.) I also have fibromyalgia, small vessel brain disease, and digestive problems. (Diverticulitis.) But these are my issues and I deal with them the best I can. My son, Shaun has been amazing since I found myself unable to keep my head above water. He moved in with me and has taken charge. He pays most of the bills, and buys groceries. He has helped me learn good eating habits. I have dropped over 30 pounds thanks to him. For the past couple of months he has been suffering from an abscess tooth. After 3 or 4 rounds of antibiotics, he is still in agony. Do today I am taking him to an oral surgeon. His jaw is so infected and he is in immense pain. The tooth must go. Unfortunately, neither of us have the money to pay for the surgery. Thus, as a last resort I am typing this to ask anyone who has ever even suffered from dental pain to reach into your heart and make even a small donation to help my son. Every dollar helps. Thank you in advance for your generosity! (If you have any questions please feel free to contact me and I will provide more info.)
