Since 1951 Sir Edmond Hillary and Tenzing Norgay Sherpa climbed Mt.Everest. Sherpa mens working and climbing mountaineering sectors. Today still most Sherpas are work in this industry tours, travels, trekking and mountaineering. Most women's stay home taking care of kids and agriculture. In the village life, Sherpa community most girls are married age between 13-16 and pretty much their life is over. Data from 1999, Sherpa women's 100 out of only 11% went to lower level education up 7th grade, 3% only attend and complete high school 10th grade. Therefore AC Sherpa founder and president of the Seven Summit Foundation (7SF) and, International Sherpa Guides (ISG) like to support women and children throughout Himalayan regions. He also climb all highest mountains in each continent and his thyme was "7 Summits for Women and Children" Please support for sherpa women's and children.
