THE STORY:

GLOBAL EXPLORERS wrote -

What do blindness, American soldiers, high school students and Mt. Elbert have in common? My son, David, will find out next month.

David, will be joining Erik Weihenmayer, the legendary blind climber who summited Mt. Everest along with wounded war veterans on a one-day climb up Colorado's highest peak: Mt. Elbert. Proceeds support Global Explorers (David's business), a nonprofit youth organization that combines students with and without disabilities on the adventure of a lifetime and our participation in the No Barriers Summit, a festival highlighting modern day pioneers who use adaptive technologies to adventure through life.

Please help them reach their fundraising goal!  Dave is climbing a mountain. My son, Ed,  will watch the documentary. In the process, they will raise money to support causes we all believe in.

Watch the Trailer for Soldiers to the Summit to understand how important this cause is!
