BENEFITING: The Hunger Project
Yes ... its that time of year again - time to grow a moustache and take on another fitness challenge. This year it will be a 50k challenge - I have found a good circut near where I live of approx 4.4km ... so it is 10 circuts on the bike, 1 running (yes - hate that bit) and then the rest swimming round the island in the lagoon .... a lttle more than last year .. not sure what it will be next year.
Once again, anything raised will go to The Hunger Project and I would love to beat last years $1,276 and make it to $1,500 if I can.
Just done the first warm up today - 20k on the bike and a 2k run .... so, slowly building up.
Appreciate anything you can give & will keep you updated on progress
UPDATE 8th NOVEMBER
Training going well .... 5 circuts (22km) and a swim yesterday, 6 more circuts and a run today so building up well ... feeling a little saddle sore though! ... more next week

Now up to 8 circuts ... next week the full routine!

All done ... not too bad actually although feeling a little saddle sore! .... now thinking about next year!
