A bit about me: I'm a 21 year old senior at The George Washington University, an avid runner and first time marathoner. I made a deal with my best friend that we would run the Boston marathon for charity in honor of our last year in college. Unfortunately, when I told my family they said "Well we know you'll finish the marathon but we don't think you'll be able to raise 4000 dollars along the way." Luckily, I don't share their opinion.
By donating you'll be doing three things (in order of importance)
1) Contributing to the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute in their research for a cure
2) Helping me achieve my goals of finishing my first marathon
3) proving to my parents that when it comes to raising money for a worthy cause, anything is possible.
Any donation is greatly appreciated.
