Special Dogs for Special People

Today is YOUR day to make the difference in the life of a special dog! We care for over 80 wonderful dogs who have specific physical and behavioral needs that make them difficult to adopt.

And today is YOUR lucky day because you have a chance to bring some love and joy into the lives of these dogs. While our goal is, to have our dogs adopted, we still have to care for them, feed them and give them medical attention, while they are with us. Imagine what it takes to feed and clean up after more than 80 dogs... You get the picture!

As for our especially deserving dogs, there is a heartbreaking story behind each of them. We have Rudy who never received any love or attention and whose heart and soul were broken before he came to us. And there's Missy who was found by the side of the freeway and longs for the love and affection of her own family. And of course, there's Wilbur, our featured dog, who was found on the streets and then bounced from one dog kennel to the next until he came to us.

We ask you to click on the donation button and let your heart guide you. Our appreciation is endless and we will send you updates on how our wonderful dogs are doing.

Pacific Coast Dog Rescue is a non-profit 501c(3) charity organization founded in 1998. We are dedicated to rescuing, rehabilitating and re-homing dogs in need. The dogs at Pacific Coast Dog Rescue have many stories to tell. They were abandoned on the streets, dumped at the local government shelters, tied up in backyards and left to die, given to us by Animal Control as former cruelty case evidence dogs, the list goes on. Even with proper socialization and training at our facility, it sometimes takes the dogs a long time to "wake up" and enjoy life again. Many dogs of the Pacific Coast Dog Rescue family are middle-aged and older dogs and dogs with physical and behavioral special needs. Our vet bills for are astronomical, our facility needs constant repairs and we need YOUR help. Our wish list includes but is not limited to monetary donations for:
- repairs, rebuilding kennels and bigger yards for our doggies
- medical care and to pay off debt to our veterinarians
- good quality food and snacks
- proper collars and toys
- blankets and towels

And of course, most of all, we need special people to adopt our special dogs!!

Thank you for your help.

With Warm Regards
