Sponsor Daniela's 2015 Mavericks Volleyball Season
Organized by: Kari H'Orvath
Daniela (#21) is thirteen years old and this is her first year playing club volleyball. She earned herself a position on the Corona Mavericks 13-Black team after only three months of clinics. Not only did she make the team but she also worked hard becoming a setter in their starting lineup.
After the first three tournaments, the Mavericks 13-Black team record is seven wins – two losses. They won first place in the last two tournaments and there’s a good chance they may qualify for Junior Olympics, which is being held in New Orleans this year.
What’s the cost for a season in club volleyball? $3,525 for club dues and $250 for the uniform package. Airfare and accommodations for Junior Olympics in New Orleans will be an additional expense.
Help Daniela by sponsoring her 2015 season with the Corona Mavericks 13-Black team. Show your support with a CAMPAIGN FOR KIDS t-shirt. Free with donations of $50 or more. Funds raised in excess of $2,500 goal will be donated to CAMPAIGN FOR KIDS, a youth sports scholarship program of RBA, a 501(c)(3) Non-Profit Organization.
The purpose of CAMPAIGN FOR KIDS is to raise funds for young athletes and their families with the purpose of helping those athletes participate in sports. Between costs for participation, uniforms, equipment, travel, and camp or sports clinics, many families just can’t afford for their child to play at a competitive level for their age.
Our mission is to eliminate barriers to the development of our youth, and in collaboration with athletic organizations, it is our hope that no child will be turned away because of their family’s inability to pay. In addition to financial needs, the campaign seeks to assist underserved populations, giving special attention to girls and minorities.
