Water is the most essential resource to sustain life. Think about how many times you mindlessly turn on and off a faucet during your day. We sometimes take water for granted. The average person has to walk 5 miles for access to clean water in Liberia. We hope to drill 16 new wells across Liberia that would provide water for 40,000 people. To do this, we have to raise $50,000. Each well costs $3,000. They are dug and installed by Liberians so that they can be maintained for years to come. $1.25 is enough to provide water for one person. We challenge you to support one of us walking or running in the Brooksie Way. We're walking so that others don't have to walk for water.
