Stuff About Me:

About 15 years ago I started running to lose weight. I have been running ever since. I started really getting into longer distances after Cameron was born (2 years ago). I ran my first half marathon 5 months after his birth. Initially, it was to lose weight (which didn't work), but it was then that I really fell in love with running like never before. Running makes me believe anything is possible. Running makes me feel alive. I never thought that I would have any desire to run a full marathon, but all that changed recently. I feel completely up for the challenge. I will be running the Chicago Marathon on October 12, 2014 and I need your help and support. I am raising money for International Medical Corps. I wanted to find an organization that I was passionate about - that would motive me. International Medical Corps provides essential medical services in war torn countries and countries where man made and natural diseasters have ravaged the land. They are currently providing services in Ukraine, Syria, Haiti, India and many others. Please support me and donate to this important cause. Any amount will help!
