August 2015 that's when we got clean. There were many reasons to get clean the final straw was my wife had a mental breakdown. Paranoid schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, major depression etc..the doctors have said that even one more use could be death or a complete mental break that she won't return from. I have a job that I walk 5 miles to work an 8 hr shift after work I walk 5 miles home I have no car, I live in a very toxic environment that cares nothing about our sobriety( actively using drugs) our mental health, or physical health. Extremely uncaring and could care less that they are toxic to use in just about every way. I left all my " friends" behind when we got sober, very little family left. I am very proud of over a year sober for us ( we have urine screens for a year to prove it) been employed for almost a year now at the same place, bit I need some real help getting a car to get to the doctors, work, and meetings. I need a house ,trailer, whatever so we can continue growing in a safe environment away from trigger s and poison. To secure safety and stability we need housing and a vehicle. I pray some people will find generosity and care to help us rebuild our lives. Thanks for reading and caring anything helps. We r trying to get a cheap 3000-4000 trailer and a decent dependable car.
