Organized by: Kenneth Moore
Richard Kinney Sr., Captain at McClellan District Voulunteer Fire Department went into the hospital December 3, 2015 thinking he was having a heart attack only to find out the following day he has Acute Leukemia. Within 24 hours he was transported from United Hospital Center in Clarksburg, WV to Ruby Memorial in Morgantown, had a blood transfusion, a sample of his bone marrow taken, started Chemotherapy and was told to expect to be in the hospital for at least a month and be off work for even longer. Richard took after his Dad and Mom in the firefighting field and has been a volunteer firefighter for 25 years and has passed the torch down to his son who is a Junior Volunteer Firefighter and his daughter who is a Junior-Junior Volunteer Firefighter. Richard has not supports his community but is the sole provider for our family which includes five children. This page serves as a support and prayer page for all of Richard's family and friends to leave comments, love, and support.
