My experience being a mentor in the 1000 Girls, 1000 Futures Program has made me realized the importance of interdisciplinary knowledge in STEM carrier building. As a start, would like to introduce a Virtual Fern Garden on role of ferns in protecting the rain-forest ecosystem. It is expected to provide exposure to students around the globe on the importance of vascular plants in maintaining the ecosystem and providing a restored and more affluent living to human kind.
