Stop Lily's Suffering
Organized by: Patrick Kingston
Many of my friends who I've had over the past 9 years have either met or at least known of my families German Shepard. We got her and her sister from Virginia when they were a few months old. They looked like fluffy polar bears when we first brought them home. Unfortunately last year her sister Saphira passed away from breast cancer. We paid $5,000 to have all the works done on her just to have her pass a few months later. Now Lily has been having a lot of issues that we're unsure how they began. She has lost the ability to use her back paws and can't stand anymore. The last 3 nights I've been woken up to her cries and it hurts to see her like this. I know my mom also can't bare to see her like this as weak as she's become. We do not have the funds to help her get seen by a vet but at the same time we're afraid its too far in to even think of. We believe the best thing for her at this time is to put her down and end her pain and suffering. We would like to have her pass easily and cremate her to keep her in memory..If you could help in anyway we would appreciate it alot!
