BENEFITING: American Red Cross
Recently a very large storm went through the Philippines, it was called Haiyan and is the largest typhoon we have on record. The water reached a 2nd story level, and made a lake out of the city. The storm clouds were completely consistent for 1,120 miles. The winds reached 235 miles per hour, and tore everything apart. Due to previous earthquakes, 350,000 people either had no shelter or were living in tents when it hit. Many people were injured or died. Before the storm hit the Philippines, I had chosen the country to research for a school project. Now, like many others, I am trying to raise money for the victims of this terrible storm, please help by donating money.
