THE STORY:

Join us on November 15th, 2014 @ 9:00AM for a buddy workout! All proceeds will be donated to Camp Hope in support of our wounded veterans (even your registration fee!). We will also have food, drinks, a raffle, and lots of fun!

 

The buddy workout (see below) is for all ages and abilities (meaning a parent can participate with their child, etc.). If you do not wish to participate in the workout, or cannot make the event date, you can still help the cause by donating or setting up your own fundraiser by clicking 'Join the event' and then 'Start your own fundraiser.' Together we can make a difference. Help us reach our $10,000 fundraising goal!

 

"Camp Hope"
22 Lunges w/ weight
22 Leg Raises holding weight
22 Goblet Squats
22 Russian Twists
22 Pushups
22 Bicycles
22 Burpees

* Each team member will do 22 reps of each movement. Run a lap with your partner between each round of movements. One person works, one rests, run together. You may break up the reps as needed, finish on burpees, no run. This is scalable for all.

 

22 veterans a day commit suicide. The PTSD Foundation of America provides combat veterans and their families healing from unseen wounds of war and a renewed sense of hope. Cannon CrossFit is a veteran owned and operated business with employees having been veterans themselves. This cause is extremely close to our hearts and in line with our mission.
