suitecx® is a software tool that helps companies understand, visualize and improve their customer experience. Why continue to use two-dimensional tools like Visio and PowerPoint to manage your customer experience, when you can make it come alive in a three-dimensional canvas?

Every company has customers, and every customer has experiences – both good and bad – with the companies in their lives.

Improving Customer Experience (CX) is a growing imperative for companies large and small.  Studies have shown that companies offering similar products and services at the same price will only achieve true success by offering the best possible customer experience.  Think of companies like Zappos, USAA, and Starbucks, and you will know what we mean.

Most companies that want to achieve success in CX, however, lack some fundamental methodologies and tools to help them tackle the biggest barriers to improvement.  What does the customer say about the experience?  What do customer-facing employees say?  How does the company understand the entire set of interactions experienced by its customers across an entire lifetime?  How does knowing all of this help them improve?

The founders of suitecx® have been helping clients for over 25 years as management consultants, but good software tools to support our methodology have been hard to find.  The most powerful exercise we use is Customer Journey Mapping, which visually depicts not only the entire lifecycle of a company-to-customer relationship, but also serves as a data source and presentation method to senior executives. 

Until suitecx, a software like this did not exist.

suitecx provides the visual impact of a drawing or mapping software such as Visio, but also adds the data-gathering, descriptive and presentation capabilities of Excel, Word and PowerPoint.  The emphasis turns from a bookshelf full of two-dimensional binders to a three-dimensional, collaborative storytelling tool that contains the entire customer experience in one convenient, easy to use place.

We have successfully tested suitecx in the market and have been fully live since September 2013 at clients such as Starwood Vacation Ownership, JumpstartMD and Xanterra Parks and Resorts.  We are looking to raise money to fund our ambitious market expansion strategy that includes exposure via event sponsorships, content generation around our decades of thought leadership, and promotion of client successes.  Please watch our video to learn a bit more about the founders, Valerie Peck, Anne Cramer and Michael Hill.  Thank you so much for your donation!
