A chance to take a nice summer stroll with friends to benefit Brooklyn Animal Action! Saturday, May 30th at 10am - we will meet in Manhattan's City Hall Park by the fountain (between Park Row and Broadway) and from there we'll walk across the Brooklyn Bridge! We'll take the first exit off the bridge for a post-walk celebration at The Bridges, 66 Water Street.. Rain date: May 31st, same time same place.
Your fundraising will help BAA continue to rescue hundreds of homeless, orphaned and abandoned animals and perform trap/neuter/return to reduce the population of vulnerable feral cat colonies.
We ask that each individual walking raise at least to the Cool Cat level:
Cool Cat $100: Covers basic vet care for one rescued cat.
Top Cat $250: Provides medicine for BAA’s cats for one month.
Super Cat $500: Buys food & supplies for BAA’s cats and dogs for one month.
Champion Cat $1,000: Funds a fifteen-cat TNR project.
Rescue Hero $2,500: Ensures emergency medical care for an injured or sick animal.
Super Hero $5,000+: We can rescue so many more cats and dogs!!!
Can't walk with us? You can still contribute to BAA's #ActionCat team.Top fundraisers receive BAA goodies!
Kids and dogs are most welcome (leave the kitties to strut at home).
Don't forget to share the fun while in action at #ActionCat. Let's rescue some animals and take a walk in the fresh air!
